By accessing this website or purchasing any consultation or educational service from Lowcountry Hope and Healing, LLC, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following Terms and Conditions. All services are provided by Gwendolyn Burnside, a student homeopath operating through Lowcountry Hope and Healing, LLC, based in South Carolina.

Lowcountry Hope and Healing, LLC is a wellness education and consulting business operated by Gwendolyn Burnside, a student of homeopathy at the Centre for Homeopathic Education in London, England. All services are provided under supervision as part of her educational training.

Consultations and educational content are intended solely to support individuals in learning about homeopathy and general wellness. These services do not constitute medical care, diagnosis, treatment, or therapy. Clients are responsible for their own healthcare decisions and should always consult a licensed medical provider for any health concerns.

• Gwendolyn Burnside is not a licensed medical doctor or healthcare provider.
• Services provided by Lowcountry Hope and Healing, LLC are educational and informational.
• Homeopathy is not a replacement for conventional or emergency medical care.
• Clients are responsible for their own health decisions and outcomes.
• No guarantees are made regarding outcomes from homeopathic consultations.

Consultations may include discussion of homeopathic theory, education about remedies, and general wellness suggestions. They are not medical services. Clients are responsible for any choices made as a result of consultations. All action taken is considered self-treatment.

Gwendolyn Burnside is currently completing her professional training in homeopathy. All services are offered under supervision and are intended as part of her educational development. Clients acknowledge they are working with a student practitioner.

• You are over 18 years of age.
• You are voluntarily requesting educational homeopathic consultation.
• You understand services are not medical care.
• You may revoke consent at any time by emailing gwen@lowcountryhopeandhealing.com.

Your information is kept private except when disclosure is required by law (e.g., suspected abuse or risk of harm). Gwendolyn may consult with supervisors for case review, without identifying information whenever possible.

• Initial Consultation: $115 USD
• Follow-Up: $75 USD
• Acute Consultation: $50 USD
• Quick Consultation: $15 USD
• Payment is due at time of service. Cash, check, and PayPal are accepted.
• Additional charges:
• $25 per 15 minutes beyond scheduled time
• $35 for cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows
• 10% processing fee (minimum $20) for canceled paid sessions without timely rescheduling
• Remedies are not included in consultation fees. Information about where to purchase them will be provided.

Lowcountry Hope and Healing, LLC does not retain client records. You are encouraged to track your appointment dates and remedy suggestions. Summaries may be requested for an administrative fee.

• You may revoke consent by emailing gwen@lowcountryhopeandhealing.com.

• You are responsible for how you use the information provided.
• You agree to hold Lowcountry Hope and Healing, LLC and Gwendolyn Burnside harmless.
• Fees are non-refundable after services are rendered.
• You are not acting on behalf of any regulatory or investigative body.

All products and services are billed in USD. You agree to use valid payment methods and pay any applicable taxes and fees. Purchases are processed via third-party providers such as PayPal. You are responsible for understanding and accepting those terms before purchasing.
